-Lowz makes his long waited return to Iamhiphopmag to drop off his newest EP "In My Nightmares", the first project since LOWZFUNERAL. Originally born in Philly, this now New Jersey native is seeking to turn the corner in his rising music career. Inspired by various forms of art, such as other musicians, classic cartoons and anime, LOWZ didn't always think that music was for him. "I got into music when I was about 9 and I didn't start writing my own lyrics till I was about 10. I used to actually just write down the lyrics of my favorite songs on the radio and hang them up on the walls of my room. But I actually started to take music seriously when I was a freshman in high school. But when I did my very first performance , I fucked up so bad that I quit music all together because I felt like it wasn't for me. I stopped for about 2 years till I was a senior and started making it for fun again."
